1. Who we are

Rich Spa is a spa and body-massage centre in Dombivli East, Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. For the purposes of this policy, Rich Spa is the party responsible for deciding how your personal information is handled. You can reach us on +91 90112 15661 (phone or WhatsApp), all days between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you give us directly

• Name and phone number — when you call us, message us on WhatsApp, or make an appointment.
• Booking details — the service you want, your preferred date and time, therapist preference, and any notes about your booking.
• Health information you choose to share — for example an injury, allergy, skin sensitivity, pregnancy or medical condition that we need to know about so a therapy can be performed safely. You share this voluntarily, and we use it only to deliver your session safely.
• Message content — anything you write to us on WhatsApp or say to us on a call in connection with your enquiry or booking.
• Feedback — comments or complaints you give us about your experience.

b) Information collected automatically when you use this website

• Technical data such as your approximate location (city/region), device type, browser, operating system and screen size.
• Usage data such as the pages you viewed, how you arrived at the site (for example from a Google Ads advertisement or a search result), the time of your visit, and which buttons you clicked — including clicks on our Call and WhatsApp buttons.

We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect your email address, postal address, payment card details, government ID numbers or any financial information through this website. Payment at the spa is taken in person and card or UPI details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

3. Cookies, analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored by your browser that help a site work correctly and help owners understand how the site is used.

We advertise our spa through Google Ads. To understand which advertisements bring in genuine enquiries, this site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag / gtag.js) and may use Google Analytics. When you click a Call or WhatsApp button on this site, an anonymous conversion event may be recorded so that we know an advertisement led to a contact attempt. This tells us that a click happened — it does not record the content of your call or of your WhatsApp conversation.

These services may set cookies or identifiers in your browser and may process your IP address and device information. Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy, and its advertising practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Our pages also embed a Google Maps frame so you can find us, and our buttons link out to WhatsApp. Those services collect data under their own privacy policies once you interact with them.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s private/incognito mode, or opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies will not stop you from calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry, answer your questions and tell you about availability and pricing.
• To make, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment, and to send you related reminders on the number you contacted us from.
• To deliver your session safely and comfortably, including honouring any health information or preferences you have shared.
• To maintain our booking records and handle billing.
• To handle feedback, complaints and service-quality issues.
• To measure how well our website and our Google Ads advertisements are working, in aggregate.
• To occasionally tell you about our offers or packages, if you have contacted us — you can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
• To comply with applicable law and to protect our lawful interests.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade or licence your personal information to any third party. We do not share your phone number with advertisers, data brokers, lead sellers or other spas.

6. When we may share information

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

• Our own team — our reception staff and therapists, only to the extent needed to serve your booking.
• Service providers — our website host, and platforms such as Google (advertising and analytics) and WhatsApp, which process limited data as described above under their own terms.
• Payment processing — if you pay by card or UPI, the transaction is handled by the relevant bank or payment provider.
• Legal requirements — where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court, or by a government or regulatory authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights or property of our clients, staff or business.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, or for as long as the law requires. You may ask us to delete your details earlier and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain them.

8. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold: access to booking records is limited to authorised staff, our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and staff are instructed to keep client information confidential. Please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Confidentiality of your session

Anything you tell our therapists about your health, comfort or preferences during your visit is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver your treatment. We do not discuss individual clients or their sessions with anyone outside our team.

10. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may:

• Ask what we hold — request confirmation of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct it — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete it — request erasure of your details from our records, where we are not required to keep them.
• Withdraw consent — tell us to stop contacting you with offers or reminders. Simply reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or tell us on a call.
• Object or restrict — object to a particular use of your information.

11. Children

Our services are for adults aged 18 and above, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

This website contains links to third-party services, including Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before using them.
